Make Ivy Hill Great Again

Who We Are
We are a group of Ivy Hill residents advocating for a more transparent and accountable Ivy Hill Homeowners Association (IHHA) and its Architectural Committee (AC).
What We Believe
We believe that greater openness will foster a stronger, more vibrant community, where:
- All residents are treated with dignity and respect.
- Homeowners are, within reason, allowed to enjoy and utilize their properties as they see fit.
- Architectural Committee decisions must be based on well-defined standards, clearly communicated to the community.
- The Architectural Committee must apply those standards fairly and equitably in its decision-making process.
The current lack of transparency hinders our community’s ability to achieve these goals, and we are committed to working towards positive change that benefits all residents.
How You Can Help
Here’s how you can join us in making Ivy Hill a better place:
- Demand that the IHHA share the Architectural Committee’s standards (if they exist) with the community.
- Display a “Make Ivy Hill Great Again” flag.
- Spread the word to your neighbors, and point them to mihga.com.
- Consider withholding your membership or financial contributions to the IHHA.
An Open Letter
An open letter, signed by twenty-two Ivy Hill homeowners was written and sent to the Ivy Hill Homeowners Association Board and the Architectural Committee.
The letter was sent on July 19, 2025, and the IHHA and AC were asked to respond within one week.
Unfortunately, neither the IHHA nor the AC made any effort to respond.
If you are interested in reading the Open Letter, you may do so here.
