Homeowners in Lakeville, Minnesota, are taking their Homeowner’s Association (HOA) to court over what they claim are unnecessary and costly roofing repairs. Each homeowner was reportedly ordered to pay $17,000 for these repairs.

The homeowners are concerned these hefty, unneeded expenses could put them at risk of losing their homes.
